I'm a 21 year professional software engineer who is self taught. I was adopted from a Romanian orphanage in 1990 and grew up with an alternative identity called Michael Trimm until I became a father and reclaimed my birth name. I have contributed dozens of open source projects and if you found any value in any of them, consider supporting me by sowing a few bucks a month into my open source efforts. Your support will help me keep a modern up to date workstation capable of continuing to deliver support for what I have already built and resources to continue building and giving freely. In 2020 I built PhoenixVault and that was operational until 2024 until it went fully open source and I could take my hands off it. What went from costing $7,000 a month with a lot of support turned into $63 a month with almost no effort involved. That's what 5 years of engineering grit from a Ceaușescu orphanage survivor applied to that open source project. In that project, I received over $47,000 in funding over the 5 years that I ran it. The project ended up costing me well over triple that to run, which is why getting it re-architected was such a high priority for me. Thanks to the support from thousands of people I was able to finish the project and deliver on the promises that I made in 2020. My first goal is to get 3 sponsors who are supporting my open source efforts. I will continue to innovate and build with AI, solving complex problems with my tenacity, and giving those solutions freely to others so that the next generation may take advantage of the survival that I have cultivated since the orphanage. I made a name for myself, I made a skill for myself, and I made a product for myself. Not to serve myself, but for my name's sake, so that you'd know that it was Andrei who gave all of that to you and never the imposter calling himself Michael Trimm.
