Feature Request: CodeRabbit or Greptile AI PR reviews

Describe the Feature

Add a free open source installation of either:

1. CodeRabbit
2. Greptile
3. others

I've had good experience with CodeRabbit. Some other people have said that Greptile is better.

Why do you want this feature?

Currently, PRs are reviewed by GitHub Copilot.

This is a good start, but often Copilot creates AI slop:

1. False positives (incorrect feedback)
2. False negatives (missed bugs / problems)

I personally don't really see a need for this. The volume of pull requests is very low in this repository. I think by the time a next PR arrives, these tools might be completely outdated. I'm not totally against this, but just doubtful.

I also noticed these pretty useless Copilot code reviews appearing today. I though... where are these coming from... and it turns out that these automatic reviews happen when the author of the PR himself has this feature enabled. So, maybe these alternative ones can also be set up so that they'll review your PR-s if you want so.

I don't see this happening - these have been pretty stable recommendations for ~1 year or so, and they keep getting better.

It has picked up some good edge cases in a lot of PRs that I've done.

I would suggest giving it a shot on 3+ PRs before you make a decision.

Otherwise, we can close this issue.
