Questions about the rich-text-editor

Hello,
Thanks for this very pretty addons in sqlpage.
I have two questions about this tool.
First, I notice that we can't validate the form with a 'true as required' parameter.
Then, I need to edit the post write with this editor. How can I import the formatted text and the images in a edit-form ?

Editing an existing text is not yet implemented.
I'll fix the issue with required textareas ! Thanks for reporting.

Hello,

I have still 2 problems with the rich-text-editor :

• the required textareas as quoted in the first post,
• when a form is used only to display data with no validation and readonly as true the textarea is still editable (not a big issue since it is possible to bypass this last problem by using a text component in place of the form component but it would be more easy not to have to mix text and form components)

I lost few hours before understanding why I had still trouble with required textareas.

It need to have a value in the field before filling the field :

SELECT 
    'question_content'     as name,

'textarea'             as type,

'Votre question'      as label,

true                  as required, 

'Votre question : ' as value,

'Détaillez votre question' as description;`

It works only if I add 'Votre question : ' as value, in the query

Ok, I implemented markdown text edition. The rich text editor can now edit existing markdown texts.

But i have allways some problems :
'True as required' don't work on any pages : ok on the edit sql files but not in the original sql create page !

For the editing task, it seems different on the first creation textarea and then on the textarea during the editing task :

The most important problem stay the image editing...

Of course. I saw you 've worked late last evening. Five hours later on my earling wake-up, I have the nice surprise to find your new version.
Can the problem be on the method to import the value in the edit form ?

    SELECT TRUE as required, 'description' as name, 'Description' as label, 'textarea' as type, (select description FROM actions WHERE id=$fiche) as value, 12 as width;

How can I input markdown values on this part of my form ?

Hi,
I tried with a private session of firefox. I think that the old rich_text_editor.js was allways in cache.
It works : image is saved and reloaded for editing, bold, title and link are OK.
But numerotation and tips aren't saved correctly for the moment...
