skill-radar: add Anthropic large-codebase harness post to source registry

Problem

CraftKit's radar source registry already watches Anthropic's engineering index, skills docs, subagents, and plugins. The May 14, 2026 large-codebase Claude Code post adds a concrete operational pattern around project-specific harnesses.

Proposed Change

Add the post to the radar source registry or the next dated snapshot, then decide whether it changes current guidance or simply supports existing Adopt items.

Acceptance Criteria

• The source is recorded with tier, surface, authority, URL, why it matters, change sensitivity, and revisit trigger.
• The update states whether current.md changes or remains unchanged.
• If no canonical recommendation changes, record it as supporting evidence rather than bloating the core radar.
