Consecutive crashes on 2019 Macbook Pro 16" with broken touchbar.

I have reported this issue on the CachyOS kernel github as I only ever used that kernel, but now knowing that they use this as an upstream, I come to you hoping that this issue can be resolved.
Here is the issue I created.
