Create/Update site missing support for newer settings

The server side API does not appear to support interacting with the following settings:

• Schedule linked tasks
• Mobile offline favorites
• Flow web authoring enable/disable
• Mobile app lock
• Tag limit
• Cross database join toggle
• Toggle personal space
• Personal space storage limits
