Can only blur once per frame crash still present

Ideally this crash would be fixed for 1.21.11, but is there a confirmed version for either fabric/forge/neoforge which doesn't cause this crash? I'd just like to get a server up with this mod as soon as possible.

Or rather which version began to cause this crash/regression, and I can downgrade to that version too, not too bothered about the version necessarily as long as it works
