Mod doesn't work?

Maybe I'm stupid but I tried to install the mod on my modpack and the game would crash on launch
So I tried in a brand new modpack with only this mod, simple voice chat and the dependencies (replaced with plasmo vc after)

No matter what I do, it won't transcript anything:

Any idea what might be wrong?

not sure. been working at this for over a year by now, having learned multiple programming languages by now just to figure out how to fix this issue. it's wonk.
