Package(s) Affected
blender-5.0.0_1 3D graphics creation suite
Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?
Blender 5.0.0_1 reports "Boolean solver not available (compiled without it)" when using Sculpt Trim tools. The official Blender 5.0 build works correctly on the same system and project. This suggests the Void package may have been built without a required dependency or feature related to the Boolean solver.
Expected behaviour
The cutting tool doesn't work in Object, Edit, or Sculpt mode when I try to use the "Box Trim" tool, and it doesn't perform the task.
Actual behaviour
The cutting tool doesn't work in Object, Edit, or Sculpt mode when I try to use the "Box Trim" tool, and it doesn't perform the task.
Steps to reproduce
The cutting tool doesn't work in Object, Edit, or Sculpt mode when I try to use the "Box Trim" tool, and it doesn't perform the task.
