WheelPicker：can not update activeTextColor and the scroll direction is sometimes wrong

Description

1.when scroll fast, can not update the activeTextColor

In picture,the year,day,hour,minute is wrong activeTextColor.
2.when scroll fast,the direction is sometimes wrong.such as i want scroll to end,but the wheel can scroll to top.
