How does one set LSP initialization options?

I can't seem to figure this out. I only see errors in files I have open which is undesirable.

I don't see it in the example config anywhere.

I think it's passed through from the zed config like so

I just tried using:

and opening a python file in my project with no errors and it isn't working. Project Diagnostics shows no warnings / errors. When I run pyrefly check in project root, it shows lots of issues.

It only sees the issues if I open the .py file with issues.

Looking at the README and how it is still referencing pyright instead of basedpyright it is very possible @probably-neb / the awesome Zed team hasn't revisited this extension in quite some time as they have been focusing on v1.0 instead..Congrats!

A blurb about setting "diagnosticMode" is also a good candidate for the README as I am confident it will be a popular option / change.

The README should probably be updated to reference basedpyright instead and maybe a blurb about requiring "!pylsp" if that is true also. To me, this just leaves me thinking there may be a few other issues due to rapid development of the project. I ran into similar with basedpyright before it became the default.
