Add timestamp to progress bar

Thanks for this experimental tool.

I just want to add timestamp to progress bar, because the progress bar seems like freezing. If we prepend the timestamp, last update time of the progress bar can be followed easily.

@coolsaint yes, I can login. Sometimes after getting some error, I delete the credentials file called .frontendmasters-downloader under $HOME folder. Then script will show a login screen again, after that you can login again, and so on.
