Added support for the video mode switching hotkeys to match the stock Compaq BIOS:

I've also disabled POST_TEST_FD since it seems to always give me error 0800, under emulation in 86box and with real hardware (I've tried two floppy controllers).
I have this running on a real Compaq Portable. I would still consider this to be preliminary support, but it's good enough for me to leave in the machine.
