Docs hygiene PR. Prior pass fixed live-vs-snapshot mismatches; this head also drops leftover pointers to deleted dated reviews (docs-coherence DEFAULT_INPUT_FILES and six UI REFACTOR-WANTED comments). No remaining findings.
