Java Backend Engineer • Software Engineer

Focused on backend engineering, Java, and Data Structures & Algorithms — building real-world projects while strengthening my software engineering fundamentals.

I'm focused on software engineering, Java backend development, and problem solving. I'm currently building applications with Java and learning Spring Boot through Spring Academy, while consistently practicing Data Structures & Algorithms.

I'm particularly interested in:

• Backend systems and REST API development
• Database design
• Writing clean, maintainable code

Alongside backend development, I'm comfortable with SQL, Git, GitHub, Linux, and Postman, and I have working knowledge of React for building end-to-end applications.

I completed Java Programming I & II from MOOC.fi (University of Helsinki) and enjoy working in the terminal as part of my daily development workflow.

My goal is to build reliable, scalable software and continue growing as a backend engineer.
