- Removed standalone BOLT install/build guides in:
- `install-guides/bolt.md` and
- `earning-paths/servers-and-cloud-computing/bolt-demo/install.md`
- Moved BOLT install content into `content/install-guides/llvm.md`.
- Consolidated guide covers LLVM releases, source builds, and BOLT distro packages.
