Continuing the series of adding summaries and faqs to existing LPs. Adding to LPs alphabetically from codebuild to eks-multi-arch. Tweaked a couple references to EKS and ECS in the EKS and ECS LPs
Also updated the style skill to include a callout for the use of slashes (/) in an effort to establish a bit more parity with the Arm tech writing style wherever it makes sense. We should avoid using slashes unless they're part of a technical term or name. Identified some LPs worth refactoring, but that'll be a separate PR at some point
