CSE exited successfully, SSH validation succeeded, and failures came only from timing assertions. The slow path was package-based kubelet/kubectl install (~76s) plus a small snapshot-update threshold breach (~2.3s).

Most likely package/download latency in the shared E2E environment rather than the PR change, which updates ama-metrics metadata only.
