This is a complete rewrite of previously broken build, code based on BW16
This version is still in early phase, so problems may happen.

Known Issues :

1. Deauth does not stop after Evil-Twin succession
2. There is no checks whether the HTML is configured or not. Make sure to set the HTML before starting Evil-Twin / Rogue AP
3. Deauth can still deauth target that was previously unselected. Use CLEAR SELECTION instead of unselecting the targets.
