Summary

move all 86 Agent Arena files from workshop/agent_arena to workshops/agent_arena
remove the incorrect top-level workshop directory introduced by merged PR Publish Agent Arena workshop artifacts #87
update the root project link and learner clone instructions

Verification

public-path Python suite: 80 passed
frontend production build passed
npm audit --audit-level=high: 0 vulnerabilities
resulting repository tree contains no workshop/ directory
credential scan remains clean
