Updated `CRUD application 2.csproj` and `packages.config` to include new package references for testing and telemetry. Enhanced `UserController.cs` to implement CRUD operations for User model. Updated `Index.cshtml` to include a search form and user list. Added binding redirects in `Web.config` for new package versions. Added `UserControllerTests.cs` for unit testing of `UserController` methods.
