Okay, I gave the files a swift read...
I didn't find any glaring flaws or anything, it's overall pretty good!
I do have a few things i took special notice of where maybe we could do lil improvements?

decorum inits on DOMContentLoaded where it waits for DOM changes in body. Vue loaded earlier. This makes it so Vue loads on DOMContentLoaded for decorum to notice changes (blank -> rendered)
