Add deterministic reference-product evaluation golden path

• add opt-in standard-library HTTP adapter for the local cas-reference-product workflow endpoint
• score actual returned output while preserving and validating lifecycle metadata and trace context
• add deterministic golden/adversarial integration corpora, normalized timing evidence, tests, docs, and CI coverage

• 30/30 unit tests passed
• offline golden 8/8 and adversarial 6/6 passed
• reference-product integration tests 9/9 passed
