Sharpen the lab's identity from a broad interdisciplinary AI lab to a full-stack research group whose core thesis is that trustworthy agent automation requires vertical integration across the entire stack. Changes: - _config.yml: Update tagline, description, and keywords to lead with "Infrastructure for Trustworthy Agent Automation" - index.html: Replace hero copy with sharper positioning (headline + two-paragraph thesis); add "Why Vertical Integration Matters" section with explanatory copy and a layered stack visual - projects/index.html: Add four research thrusts intro block (Trustworthy Agent Execution, Agent Safety and Governance, Reliable Agent Evaluation, Human-Agent Interaction and Usability); update page meta description - _layouts/default.html: Update fallback description strings in both raw_desc and schema.org Organization block Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
