some weird bug with std::accumulate -> raw loop...
has to be initialized with like that
forest has lmi_map + list of lmi_idx + element type has lmi_idx for current t8code element

Adding multiresolution based grid adaptation as additional refinement/coarsening criteria. This is done for triangles and cartesian grids like LINE/QUAD/HEX.
