Adds an unlisted Preview page documenting Tag Visibility and Enforcement rules, plus links out to existing Tag Indexing and Metric Name Filtering docs. No menu entry yet; page is is_beta/private pending review. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Rebalance heading hierarchy, add collapse-content and alert callouts, merge redundant sections, and align terminology (spans vs APM).
Avoid "Join the Preview!" messaging since this preview is currently invite-only, not a self-serve opt-in.
