Untrack nvim.log and add *.log to .gitignore.
- editor/open_location loads context without stealing focus during a turn; restore_source no longer yanks focus on background (progress) renders - clear stale Flow keymaps on leaving Flow and route graph notifications to the card so in-session Flow navigation redraws - keep timed-out call-hierarchy nodes reloadable; release the notify latch and settle graph.pending on superseded graphs - run per-widget validators (fix and/or fold that swallowed rejections) - close the orphaned Netrw split and clear dangling source_buf on creation review; retire an errored turn so late progress cannot resurrect the card
- title shows the model the turn ran (discovery vs patch), not a fixed patch label with a discovery suffix - <C-l> and :LoopbioticDiscoveryModel select the discovery model; the picker targets the current mode's phase (fix/propose -> patch, else -> discovery) - codex reports its resolved per-turn model; bound model/list pagination - reconcile ui/interactions/README/help docs with the new behavior
