Hi, I'm Liz 👋

I'm currently a Senior Solutions Engineer for Fin, focusing on our Customer Agent which includes Fin for Sales, ecommerce, and other agents to come soon. Previously I was a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, a founding member of our Forward Deployed team helping customers trial and deploy Fin Service Agent.

In my previous role as a developer relations engineer I focused on:

  • 🔧 Helping partner developers build integrations
  • ✨ Supporing new AI features like MCP servers
  • 💻 Updating our REST APIs and SDKs so that building on Intercom is a breeze

I used to work at Evervault and before that I worked at Twilio.
