Thanks for the PR. This looks plausible, but could you add a changeset and make/confirm the new SQLite factory config API shape? In particular, OpfsWorkerConfig.config appears to become required, which may unnecessarily break existing OpfsWorker.run({ port, dbName }) users if they do not need overrides.
