Hi Jose, thanks for reporting this.
I ran a search and found a couple occurrences for quay.io within our docs:

https://www.enterprisedb.com/docs/postgres_for_kubernetes/latest/operator_capability_levels/

Can you confirm these have to go as well? I'll create a PR on the Postgres for Kubernetes repository as this repository ais pulling the content from there.

good catch, the first one is not relevant as the cloud-service is on maintenance already.
