Folds practical content from two locally-maintained skills into the existing fhenix-contracts and fhenix-sdk skills. No new skills — only new concept files under references/concepts/ plus targeted edits to hard-rules.md, lookup-recipes.md, and SKILL.md.
fhenix-contracts: 2 new concept files (handle-lifecycle-backfill, allow-transient), 4 edits.
fhenix-sdk: 6 new concept files (entry-points-web-vs-node, bundler-config, sharing-permits, permit-issuer-gotcha, debugging-decryption, permit-dedup), 3 edits.
All version-independent. Architecture matches the existing skills (short SKILL.md + references/concepts/*.md). Cross-references verified.
