Restores the removed transport-security guidance and examples covering guarantees, AEAD abstraction, envelope semantics, policy modes, key rotation, nonces/session IDs, replay protection, generic transport decoration, lifecycle observation and operational guidance.
The Event bridge documentation is updated to its current Security 0.3.0 ownership and Event 6.0.0 dependency direction.
