Adds a new boolean setting
markdown-checkbox-preview.showTaskProgress(default:true) to control whether the task progress bar is shown in the preview panel.Changes take effect immediately via introduced configuration change disposable.
Note: one pre-existing integration test failure (
should handle file modifications) exists on master and is unrelated to this change.
