unifi-identity-endpoint: Set auto_updates true, Update .app name, Add zap stanza

I made these changes after installing the cask last week and observing some discrepancies:

• The app is set to auto-update by default after installation, hence the addition of auto_updates true
• The app is now titled "/Applications/UniFi Endpoint.app"
• Added a zap stanza to remove local "Application Support" files
