Refresh PVs
===========
The refresh PVs button remakes the connection between the IBEX user interface and the underlying EPICS IOC, for example for :doc:`blocks <Blocks-and-Groups>` and :doc:`dashboard variables <Dashboard>`.

This is not routinely required, but may help to restore a PV connection which appears to be stuck, for example a PV which is showing as disconnected in the client despite the underlying :ref:`PV <concept_blocks_pvs>` and IOC being up.
