Tracking with GEMs and hodoscope

TODO:

• Change the chisq cut, use the difference between best chisq
• Implement front and back wall matching in THcLADHodoscope (Add 2-plane hit matching to LADHodoscope #41)
• If there are two hits in THcGoodLADhit, implement logic to also consider only one (See Tracking with GEM and hodoscope #40 (comment))
• Check D0 cuts in THcLADGEM
• Add checks if any hits is used by multiple tracks

Have to think about this more, but for point 2,
If there are two hits in THcGoodLADhit, implement logic to also consider only one

Maybe we should keep both hits. The only way to discriminate between two hits might be in time, and that could bias our background/signal shape. If we accept both, then we can subtract a flat accidental background afterwards.
