SUBSUMED by #1336. This PR bumps Avalonia.Headless / Avalonia.Headless.XUnit (and a subset of the avalonia group) 12.1.0 -> 12.1.1, which is a strict subset of #1336 (avalonia group, all 8 packages -> 12.1.1). #1336 has been applied locally on branch |

Applies Dependabot #1336 (avalonia group, 8 packages) locally via the features integration flow. #1227 is a strict subset (Avalonia.Headless/.XUnit) and is subsumed. Dock.* is deliberately HELD at 12.0.0.2 (Dependabot #1339 not taken): bumping the five Dock.* pins to 12.1.0.2 makes Dock.Serializer.SystemTextJson throw 'The value of the \ metadata property conflicts with an existing identifier' when deserializing the persisted real dock layout, failing WorkspaceDockPersistenceTests.WorkspaceDockPersistence_LoadRealLayout1334_HealsTo11Docs. Avalonia 12.1.1 alone leaves all tests green. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
