Add third-party affiliation and DRM notices

What changed

• add a reusable notice covering third-party mark ownership and identification-only use;
• state the absence of affiliation, sponsorship, certification or endorsement by Microsoft and target-application owners;
• define neutral compatibility wording such as works with and prohibit partnership language without authorization;
• prohibit unauthorized third-party logos, branded icons and trade dress;
• state that SightAdapt does not circumvent DRM or access controls and that protected content may remain unavailable or unfilterable;
• add the notice to README, release/store rules and every binary package;
• document the current About-window and brand-asset review together with the trademark-clearance record.

Scope

Legal notices, public wording and package contents only. Application behavior is unchanged.
