[SPIR-V] implement EntryPoint wrappers

The change creates EntryPoint wrappers as the translator does, also it corrects 2 tests. Three LIT tests (entry_point_func.ll, llvm-intrinsics/assume.ll, transcoding/BitReversePref.ll) should pass.
