These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LIVID Discord Bot ("Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.
The Bot provides Discord server management features including study creation, recruitment, membership listing, and archive automation.
You must follow all applicable laws, Discord's Terms of Service, and Discord's Developer Policies when using the Bot.
You agree not to:
- abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Bot or its infrastructure;
- use the Bot for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity;
- attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or other users' information.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be updated, changed, limited, or removed at any time without notice.
Use of the Bot is also governed by the Privacy Policy:
Access to the Bot may be restricted or terminated at any time for misuse, security reasons, policy violations, or operational needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind. The Bot owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or service availability resulting from use of the Bot.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
