Refactors the npm CDN fixture tests to use simpler static versions and adds helpers to compute a next version and apply Renovate replacement strings. The Sphinx config test now verifies both full extraction coverage for every shared-web pin in the file and that an extracted dependency can be updated end-to-end while preserving dependency count.
