feat(apps): add Moonlight Tizen

Description

This PR adds Moonlight Tizen to the directory of supported Moonlight clients. Moonlight Tizen is a community-developed GameStream client tailored for Samsung Smart TVs running Tizen OS.

Changes Made:

• Added apps/moonlight/moonlight-tizen.json with the app metadata.
• Configured metadata with the tv platform, GitHub repository links, and appropriate tags.
• Verified that the new configuration passes the npm run validate schema checks.
