Add a kind-based GPU Operator demo workflow and align its bootstrap with current runtime-class and CDI behavior.
This change introduces a
demo/clusters/kind/flow for creating a kind cluster, preparing the worker node for NVIDIA runtime support, installing the GPU Operator, and running a sample GPU workload.This is mainly intended as a demo and validation workflow for running GPU Operator with kind-based setups.
