Moved the important fix to #2503 - up to you if you want to merge this or not, I can't be bothered to rewrite this by hand in this messy codebase right now. Edit: I think I messed up something, so drafting this until I fix it. |

I lowkey just asked Codex to make this for me because I'm lazy and it would be nice to get the links migrated ASAP but it seems to work fine.
I skimmed through the diff from a fresh run of the script, plus asked Codex to review the diff in a brand new session with no existing context, and all signs point to no changes other than unescaping apostrophes and updating wiki links.
