Verified against Prowlarr RadarrV3Proxy.cs and SonarrV3Proxy.cs:
- Add DELETE on /api/v3/indexer/{id} (RemoveIndexer)
- Remove endpoints Prowlarr never calls: indexer/testall,
indexer/action/{name}, config/indexer*, indexerflag, system/status
