fix(index/meilisearch): refresh progress after update

Summary / 摘要

• 手动更新索引完成后刷新 OpenList 保存的索引进度状态。

• 更新成功时刷新上次完成时间并清空错误信息；更新失败时记录错误信息。

• 保留现有对象计数，不引入额外 Meilisearch 计数逻辑或等待 Meilisearch 异步任务。
