🪲 [Fix]: Fix linter settings and docs

This pull request updates the .github/PSModule.yml file to adjust the linter configuration by disabling several validation checks during the linting process.

Linter configuration changes:

• Disabled validation for Biome format, Biome lint, GitHub Actions Zizmor, JSCPD, JSON Prettier, Markdown Prettier, and YAML Prettier by setting their corresponding environment variables to false under the Linter section.
