First edition end

This is the state of this repository at the end of first edition of the book. There is also a branch called "first-edition" where further changes can be made if needed, but most of the time and energy will go towards updating the main branch for the second edition of the book.

Release - first edition

This is the state of the repository at the release (there have been three commits merged that fixed a few occurrences of spelling mistakes in ch7 after the release that's included in this release). Fixes after the release date will be reflected in the main branch, so this is just to record the state at the release date.
