This PR updates the Custom REST source documentation to reflect the UI terminology change from "streams" to "tables" made in PostHog/posthog#64395.

Updated sections

• Introduction - "streams (endpoints)" → "tables (endpoints)"
• Create a custom REST source - Setup steps now reference "Tables" instead of "Streams"
• Configuration reference - Section heading renamed from "Streams" to "Tables"
• Field names - "Stream name" → "Table name"
• Pagination & Incremental sync - Updated references to "each table" instead of "each stream"
• Example configurations - All examples now say "Add a table named" instead of "Add a stream named"
• Limitations - "50 streams per source" → "50 tables per source"
• Troubleshooting - Error messages updated ("No tables", "Duplicate table names")

Why

The UI change in PR #64395 renamed "streams" to "tables" throughout the Custom REST data warehouse source builder. The term "stream" was confusing since each endpoint becomes a table in the data warehouse. This documentation update ensures the docs match what users see in the product.
