docs: add manual MCP setup to Claude Desktop page

Changes

The Claude Desktop MCP page only documented the connector flow. If a user's Claude Desktop build doesn't surface the connector — or they want a manual/config-file install — the page gave them no working path, unlike the Cursor and Windsurf pages.

The manual-setup snippet (_snippets/claude-desktop.mdx — the mcp-remote JSON config plus the Settings > Developer > Edit Config steps) already existed but was never imported into the page. This wires it in and adds Server URL and Quick install (wizard) sections, mirroring the Cursor/Windsurf pages, while keeping the connector as the recommended path.

Why: A user reported the Claude Desktop MCP setup docs weren't right — they only covered the connector and offered no manual config fallback.
